font size

Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf left Southwest China's Sichuan Province for home on Thursday.

He visited a local panda research center in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan, and Dongfang Electric Corporation, a large producer of power generators in China.

In a meeting with some business people from the province, Musharraf said he expected more economic cooperation between Pakistan and China, and between Pakistan and Sichuan as well.

The Pakistani president arrived in Chengdu on Feb. 22. His five-day state visit to China started in Beijing on Feb. 19.
