China's legislature, the National People's Congress, began its annual full session Sunday morning.

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao began to deliver a report on the work of the government to the annual session of the national legislature.

The premier is expected to outline this year's targets for economic and social development and make explanations about the draft guidelines of the development plan for 2006-2010.
