China appoints vice ministers of personnel, labor and social security

The Chinese State Council on Tuesday appointed Chen Cungen vice minister of Personnel, replacing Hou Jianliang.

Hu Xiaoyi was appointed vice minister of Labor and Social Security, replacing Wang Dongjin.
