Chen Fengxiang, deputy head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, left Beijing Thursday for Mexico.

Chen, as the CPC representative, will attend the 10th international seminar on "Parties and New Society" at the invitation of the Labor Party of Mexico.
