India Monday test-fired a short range, air-to-air missile and an indigenous drone for the second time in less than one week from a military base in East Indian Orissa, Indo-Asian News Service reported here.
The unmanned aerial vehicle, Lakhya, was sent aloft from the integrated test range of Chandipur in Balasore district in Orissa.
Minutes later, the unnamed missile, with a 10-km range, was fired. A similar exercise was carried out from the same test range Thursday.
