Senior CPC official meets Russian guests

He Yong, a member of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met in Beijing Tuesday with Vice-Chairman of the Russian State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.

He Yong and Volodin, also secretary of the general council of the United Russian party, exchanged views on increasing party-to-party exchanges and promoting state-to-state relations.

He also briefed the guests on China's latest political, economic and social progress.
