Reconstruction, stability are priorities for Iraq: Chinese FM spokesman

Reconstruction and the resumption of stability as soon as possible are the priorities for Iraq and its people, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Qin Gang said on Tuesday at a regular press briefing.

China always adheres to the principle of resolving conflicts between countries through peaceful negotiations, Qin said.
