China exports D/A CRT TVs to US
font size

China's first digital/analog CRT TVs produced by Konka, one of China's leading TV manufacturers, have been shipped to the US. This means China will also have a share in the US CRT TV market after Japan and South Korea, People's Daily reported Monday.

This is also Konka's another breakthrough since it exported 30,000 digital/analog flat panel TV sets to the US this year. The first batch of CRT TV sets, mainly 27-inch, will be sold in the US in April and will be targeted at middle-ends market.

According to reports, the sales volume of CRT TVs in the US is 18 million each year.
