A plane used for artificial rain making crash-landed at an airport in Chanthaburi province in eastern Thailand Wednesday afternoon, killing four people.
Local police said that two pilots and two agriculture officials were killed during the crash, and another official was seriously injured.
The plane had mechanical problem and landed in emergency at about 2:05 p.m. (0725 GMT) local time, and then caught fire, police said.
