Senior Chinese leader Jia Qinglin returned to Beijing on Sunday afternoon, ending official goodwill visits to three Asian countries

Jia, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's

Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), paid the visits to Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia at the invitations of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly of Indonesia Hidayat Nur Wahid, and President of the Dewan Negara (Senate) of Malaysia Abdul Hamid Pawanteh.
