font size

China announced on Monday its decision to extend its anti-dumping investigation on spandex products imported from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea (ROK), the United States and China's Taiwan by six months.

The investigation will terminate by Oct. 13 of this year, the Ministry of Commerce said in a statement.

The ministry announced on April 13 of last year that it would launch an anti-dumping investigation on spandex products imported from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, the United States and China's Taiwan.

According to the announcement, the ministry began on April 13 to investigate whether dumping exists, the scope of dumping and damage it has caused if dumping is confirmed.
