Hundred-vehicle pile-up in Henan claims 4 lives

Some 100 vehicles are caught in a pile-up that occurred in the early morning on April 5 at the Xinxiang section of Beijing-Zhuhai expressway, central China's Henan province due to the low visibility caused by thick fog.

In rescue workers at the crash scene said that the accident has caused by high speed, negligence of safe distance as well as overloading. So far there have been four reported death and at least 10 injuries.
