NPC vice chairman meets South African guest

Sheng Huaren, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC), met Thursday with Z. A. Dingani, secretary general of the National Assembly of South Africa.

Sheng is also secretary general of the NPC, China's parliament.
