Luo Haocai, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, China's top advisory body, met with a delegation of Social Democratic Party of Romania(SDPR) on Tuesday.

The delegation is led by SDPR Vice President Ilie Sarbu.
