Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau staged a largest-ever elite riot and anti-terror exercises in history to ensure the safety and smooth progress of Shenyang China International Horticultural Exposition 2006. At the elite riot and anti-terror manoeuvre this time, police has performed the skills such as enemy capturing, beating with big sticks, tactical manoeuvre, fighting, martial arts, hard Qigong, fighting with truncheon and shield, anti-terror exercises under battle conditions as well as handling of mass riot. The exercises has also employed police helicopter this time.
