HK Chief Executive to proceed on leave

Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang will be away from Hong Kong on vacation leave from April 29 to May 7, according to a government press release on Friday.

During Tsang's absence, Chief Secretary for Administration Rafael Hui will be the Acting Chief Executive.
