China's top legislator, Wu Bangguo, will pay official goodwill visits to Romania, Moldova, Greece and Russia from May 17 to 30.

Wu, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Chine National People's Congress, is invited by President of the Senate of the Romanian Parliament Nicolae Vacaroiu and President of the Chamber of Deputies Bogdan Olteanu, Chairman of the Parliament of Moldova Marian Lupu, President of the Greek Parliament Anna Psarouda-Benaki, Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly Sergei Mironov and Chairman of the State Duma Boris Gryzlov.

Wu will also attend the meeting of parliamentary leaders of the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to be held in Moscow.
