China appoints new vice-ministers of justice

China's State Council has recently appointed Chen Xunqiu, Hao Chiyong and Zhao Dacheng as vice-ministers of justice.

The State Council has removed Fan Fangping and Duan Zhengkun from the vice-minister posts.
