Gu Xiulian, vice-chairwoman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress, met with a delegation from the Russian State Duma Natural Resources and Resources Utilization Committee Friday afternoon.

The delegation was headed by Natalia Komarova, chairwoman of the committee.
