Chinese State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan met Thursday with Burundian Minister of National Defense Germain Niyoyankana.

They exchanged views on bilateral relations and Sino-African cooperation.

Niyoyankana is here as guest of Cao Gangchuan, vice-chairman of China's Central Military Commission, state councilor and defense minister.
