Chinese FM confers with U.S. secretary of state via phone

Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing had a phone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice Tuesday evening.

They exchanged views on enhancing relations between China and the United States and international issues of common concern.
