China, Canada to enhance cooperation in public servants management
font size

China is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Canada in senior civil servant management, said He Guoqiang, head of the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.

He made the remarks when meeting with visiting President of the Canadian Public Service Commission Maria Barrados. She will mainly learn about China's methods of selection, appointment, training and supervision of senior civil servants during her current China visit.

He said he hopes cooperation and exchanges in this field will also help promote relations between China and Canada.

He also briefed the guests on China's economic and social development and the reform of China's management system on officials.
