Senegalese president ends China tour

Senegalese President Abdoulaye Wade left the eastern municipality of Shanghai on Monday, concluding his six-day state visit to China.

During his visit, Chinese President Hu Jintao, top legislator Wu Bangguo and top political advisor Jia Qinglin held talks or met with Wade respectively.

Wade started the state visit at the invitation of Hu on June 21. He also visited China's booming city of Shenzhen in the south and China's financial hub Shanghai.
