Mammoth oil refining equipment installed in NE China

A 1206-ton reactor of the residue hydrotreating equipment capable of treating three million tons of residue oil per year, the largest of its kind in Asia, was successfully installed at Dalian Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).

The installation undertaken by a 1,350-ton crane imported from Germany lasted 68 minute.

The successful installation of the reactor marks the beginning of the installment of six sets of equipment capable of refining imported crude oil containing high sulfur compounds.
