Hu sends condolences over Russian air crash

President Hu Jintao yesterday sent a condolence message to Russian President Vladimir Putin over the tragic air crash in Irkutsk.

Hu, on behalf of the Chinese Government and the Chinese people, expressed heartfelt condolences to the Russian Government and the Russian people. The president said he mourned the victims and sent condolences to their relatives.
