Samsung Electronics (SEHZ) will build another semiconductor encapsulation and test factory in Suzhou, in east China's Jiangsu Province. And the production line of chip encapsulation and test will go into use in the first quarter next year. Moreover, SEHZ's goal of semiconductor business in China is expected to reach 5.5 billion US dollars in terms of sales volume in 2010, according to the news released by SEHZ recently.

The new factory will be the fourth semiconductor encapsulation and test factory SEHZ has built in China.

Samsung Semiconductor Company is the second largest semiconductor transnational company in the world, which is only next to Intel.
