Henan Province launched agent system of foreign-founded programs

Interim Procedures on Agent System of Foreign-funded Programs in Henan Province has taken into effect recently. The launch of this agent system declares the end of the procedure for examination and approval which has come into force for years.

It took foreign businessmen 45 working days to visit more than ten institutions and went through formalities before the foreign-owned programs settled down in Henan Province. But now, they can hand over these problems to Henan Provincial Consultant and Service Center of Foreign Investment.

To the programs of foreign investment which meet the conditions, the agent service is free of charge. According to the interim procedures, the programs of foreign investment which get approval from provincial level or above will be provided these services, which include applying for permission, business license, registration of foreign exchange, taxation registration and alternation in entries in registration.
