Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Hor Nam Hong left Phnom Penh on Thursday morning to pay an official visit to China from July 13 to 16, at the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing.

"My visit to China is to further strengthen the age-old traditional friendly relations between our two countries," Hor told reporters at the Phnom Penh International Airport.

Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Zhang Jinfeng saw Hor and his delegation off at the airport.
