font size

With the increase of Chinese netizens and the prevalence of web logging, the number of blog users is likely to reach 100 million next year. CCID Consulting's recent "Research Report on the Business Mode and Investment Prospects of the Chinese Blog", claims that the mature phase of the Chinese blog market is nearing.

According to a survey conducted by CCID Consulting, there will be 60 million bloggers in China by 2006, 70 percent of whom will be people aged 16 to 39, and 48 percent of whom will hold college diplomas. Users in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong province will make up 52 per cent of China's blogging population.
