China's national food and drug authority has revoked the production license of the Qiqihar No. 2 Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, which has been involved in a fake drug incident which claimed 11 lives.
The State Council, the country's top governing body, also decided on Wednesday to give Party disciplinary and administrative penalties to 11 people who were blamed for the tragedy and transfer 10 others to judicial organs.
