Micronesian vice-president concludes China tour

Vice-President Redley Killion of the Federated States of Micronesia left Qingdao Monday afternoon, concluding his eight-day unofficial visit to China.

Killion was invited by the Chinese government for the visit.

During his stay in Beijing, Killion met with Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Jia Qinglin and Chinese Vice President Zeng Qinghong.

Besides Beijing, Killion also visited Shenyang, capital city of Liaoning Province in northeast China, and Qingdao, a booming coastal city in Shandong Province in the east.
