Chinese vice foreign minister arrives in Kathmadu

Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wu Dawei, leading a 10-member high-level Chinese delegation, arrived here Thursday for a three-day visit to Nepal.

The Chinese delegation is scheduled to hold separate meetings with Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister K.P. Sharma Oli and Finance Minister Ram Sharan Mahat on various issues of bilateral interest and mutual concern, according to the Foreign Ministry of Nepal.

During the three days, the delegation will also meet Madhav Kumar Nepal, general secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal United Marxist and Leninist, and Sher Bahadur Deuba, president of Nepali Congress Democratic Party.
