Chinese NPC leader meets with Pakistan Guest

He Luli, vice-chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress (NPC), met Friday with a delegation from the Pakistan Institute of Strategic Studies, headed by Director Shireen M. Mazari.

He Luli said that since China and Pakistan have built foreign relations for 55 years, people in both countries have been understanding one another very well. And they respect and trust and support one another very well.

This good relationship has become a good model of harmonious coexistence and sincere cooperation between countries with different social systems and cultural backgrounds, she said.

Xiong Guangkai, the chairman of China Institute for International Strategic Studies also attended the meeting.
