The gold price in Hong Kong went up 25 HK dollars to 5,848 HK dollars per tael on Saturday, according to Bank of China (Hong Kong).

The price is equivalent to 632.76 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 3.32 U.S. dollars at Saturday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.7580 HK dollars.
