Seven Lebanon's civilians were killed and four more injured in Israeli air raids on the east road of al-Namriah-Nabatiyeh in south Lebanon, local Future television reported on Saturday.

The Israeli attacks have continued on south Lebanon Saturday despite several international interventions with cease fire plans.

Also on Saturday, Israel rejected a request by the UN for a three-day ceasefire to get in supplies and allow civilians to leave the war zone in southern Lebanon.

The economical impact of the attack is leaning heavily on the people who are still in south Lebanon. Several aid ships coming from several gulf countries have docked in an attempt to provide some humanitarian help to the Lebanese public, said the report.

Moreover, several aid trucks were unable to reach their destinations and Israeli officials claimed that Hezbollah is trying to create a crisis despite the fact that they allowed a safe passage for the trucks.

Meanwhile, diplomatic efforts have been underway to stop the Hezbollah-Israel conflict which entered its 18th day on Saturday, as nearly 600 Lebanese and over 50 Israelis have been killed in the firefights.

Violence between Israel and Hezbollah erupted on July 12 when Hezbollah guerillas abducted two Israeli soldiers and killed eight in a cross-border attack.

Hezbollah has demanded that Israel release prisoners held in Israeli jails for release of its two abducted soldiers, but Israel has rejected the idea, insisting on unconditional release.
