The gold price in Hong Kong went down 30 HK dollars to 5,832 HK dollars per tael on Tuesday, according to Bank of China (Hong Kong).

The price is equivalent to 630.41 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, down 3.44 U.S. dollars at Tuesday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.7655 HK dollars.
