font size

A total of 1,000 vehicles made by Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company were shipped on August 1 from Guangzhou, capital of south China's Guangdong province, for Angola. A bonded warehouse also opened that day in Huadu District of north Guangdong, which would facilitate the export of Dongfeng Nissan.

It is learned that the sales of Dongfeng Nissan surged to 157,000 units in 2005, up 160 percent over 2004. And the sales in the first half of 2006 amounted to 99,000 units, an increase of over 40 percent from the same period of last year. The whole-year sales is expected to surpass the original plan of 200,000 units.

According to the plan of Japan's Nissan Motor Co., Dongfeng Nissan is charge of the development of auto parts worldwide and export of complete vehicles.

In recent years, auto parts of Dongfeng Nissan have been exported to Japan, Russia, Thailand, Mexico and other countries and regions.
