Tourist agencies, travel bureaus, spas and transport providers from over 50 countries and regions will attend the 14th International Tourist Fair in Warsaw next month, the PAP news agency reported on Thursday.

"TT Warsaw Tour&Travel", which is set for September 21-23, will attract exhibitors from New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Egypt, Italy, Spain, Greece and many other countries.

For the first time, the event will host firms from Belgium, Georgia, Kazakhstan and the town of Aquaba in Jordan.

The fair is reported to be the most important event of its kind in Poland and one of the largest tourism meetings in central and eastern Europe.

Last year, the fair was attended by 487 firms from 54 countries and regions.
