Singaporean Deputy Prime Minister Wang Kan Seng arrived at Shanghai Monday on a 7-day visit to China at the invitation of Wu Yi, Vice Premier of the Chinese State Council.

During the visit, Wu Yi and Wang Kan Seng will co-chair the third meeting of the China-Singapore Joint Council for Bilateral Cooperation, as well as the eighth meeting held by the joint steering committee of the Suzhou Industrial Park.
