The gold price in Hong Kong rose 50 HK dollars to 5,785 HK dollars per tael on Tuesday, according to Bank of China (Hong Kong).

The price is equivalent to 625.05 dollars a troy ounce, up 5.32 U.S. dollars at Tuesday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.7690 HK dollars.
