China's top general meets Cape Verdean chief of staff

China's top general Guo Boxiong said on Wednesday that China is willing to work with Verde to promote military relations.

Guo, vice chairman of China's Central Military Commission (CMC), made the remarks in a meeting with Antero Matos, chief of the staff of the armed forces of Cape Verde.

Matos arrived here last Thursday for a week-long official good-will visit to China.
