Lithuanian president to visit China

President Valdas Adamkus of the Republic of Lithuania will pay a state visit to China from Sept. 23 to 28 at the invitation of the Chinese President Hu Jintao.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang made the announcement Thursday at a regular press conference.
