 Cuban's First Vice President Raul Castro addresses the opening of the 14th Non-Aligned Movement Summit in Havana on Sept. 15, 2006. Cuban President Fidel Castro was elected Friday as President of the Non-Aligned Movement Nations during its 14th Summit here at the Convention Center. The Summit meeting also approved Raul Castro to act as the acting president until Fidel Castro is fully recovered.
