Russian presidential chief of staff to visit China

Russian Presidential Chief of Staff Sergei Sobyanin will visit China from Sept. 26 to 28, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang announced Friday.

Sobyanin is to pay the visit as guest of the Chinese government, according to Qin.
