China's top political advisor Jia Qinglin will pay official goodwill visits to Britain, Lithuania, Estonia and Ukraine from Oct. 22 to Nov. 3, sources with the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) announced on Thursday.

Jia, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, will visit the four European nations at the invitation of the British government, Lithuania parliament chairman Viktoras Muntianas, Estonia parliament president Toomas Varek and Chairman of Ukraine Supreme Council Olexander Moroz.
