    John Rabe House opens to public

    John Rabe House in Nanjing, in Jiangsu province in east China, opened to the public yesterday. After renovation, the house was renamed the John Rabe International Safety Zone Memorial Hall and the John Rabe International Research and Exchange Center for Peace and Reconciliation. John Rabe was working for Siemens in Nanjing during the infamous Nanjing Massacre in 1937.
