font size

The Macao Human Resources Association (MHRA) has inked an agreement with the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) to enhance the mutual cooperation, local media reported Wednesday.

The Macao Post Daily quoted Neil Reichenberg, executive director of the IPMA-HR, as saying that his group is to provide aid in sectors including training on recruitment, classification, compensation, performance management and labor relations.

"We believe it (the cooperation) will upgrade the human resource program management in Macao," Reichenberg was cited by the newspaper.

IPMA-HR, a non-profit organization based in Washington D.C., groups 8,100 members and was founded 100 years back.
