Sudanese President Omer Hassan Ahmed El-Bashir on Tuesday ended his visit in China and flew to his home country from Sanya, China's southernmost city.

El-Bashir visited the"Tianya Haijiao", a famous scenic spot in Sanya. He said the beautiful scenery and comfortable climate have left him deep impression and he highly appreciated the achievement Hainan has made in tourism.

El-Bashir also met with vice general manager of the PetroChina Company Limited.

He noted that among all the projects which Sudan cooperated with foreign petroleum companies, the joint project with the PetroChina Company Limited is the best in progress and quality.

El-Bashir kicked off his state visit to China last Wednesday for the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation held from Nov. 4 to 5.

He arrived at Sanya on Monday for his two-day visit in south China's Hainan Province.
