    Energy-saving competition of DIY autos in Shanghai

    A competitor from South China University of Technology takes part in an energy-saving competition in Shanghai, east China, Nov. 11, 2006. The energy-saving competition, held in Shanghai, attracts 20 teams with their DIY automobiles from China and other countries and regions Saturday. All the competing automobiles are given only one liter of gasoline and then race for a limited distance during the competition and the champion will come out from the competitor whose automobile consumes the least amount of gasoline.
