Israeli troops shot dead a second Palestinian in northern Gaza Strip on Saturday, medical sources said.
The dead was identified as Thaer al-Masri, 19, hospital sources said, adding that four others were wounded when Israeli troops opened machine-gun fire on a group of people. Two of the wounded were in serious condition.
Earlier in the day, a member of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP) was killed by Israeli snipers.
An Israeli force stormed the northern Gaza Strip town of Beit Lahya, not far away from the border, and snipers took up positions on roofs of houses.
Meanwhile, several Palestinians factions said that their militants have targeted Israeli soldiers with rocket-propelled grenades and landmines.
